Personhood Amendment back in Colorado for the third time

The Personhood folks just won't quit.  Out in Colorado, they were defeated nearly 3 to 1 last time, but they announced yesterday that they had tuned in the required number of signatures to place the referendum on the ballot for a third time.  Their tenacity in Colorado is newsworthy here, as this virtually assures that the Personhood battle will be fought in Mississippi again sometime soon.  That is, of course, if the Republican-controlled Legislature doesn't make the whole thing moot by passing it anyway.
